Active skin infections (e.g., cold sores, acne cysts, or bacterial infections)
pregnant or breastfeeding
keloid or hypertrophic scarring
skin cancer or have suspicious lesions
blood clotting issues or take blood thinners
autoimmune diseases (e.g., lupus, scleroderma)
chemotherapy or radiation
poor wound healing or uncontrolled diabetes
facial surgery or major cosmetic procedures in the last 6–12 months

topical retinoids (stop use 3–5 days before treatment)
active acne or eczema in the treatment area
cold sores (you may need antiviral medication)
recent cosmetic treatments like fillers, Botox, or laser
