Return & Refund Policy — Carol’s Glow Beauty

At Carol’s Glow Beauty, we take great care to provide safe, professional, and transparent services. Please read the following policy carefully before booking your appointment.

Booking Fee

  • All appointments require a $50 booking fee.

  • This booking fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation, regardless of notice given.

  • The $50 booking fee is credited toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your appointment.

Appointment Policy

  • Appointments are non-transferable and must be attended by the same person who made the booking.

  • A valid ID may be requested to confirm the booking name.

Refunds for Treatments

  • We do not offer refunds for completed treatments, including situations where the client is unsatisfied with the results.

  • Skin and body treatments can vary in results depending on the individual. We ensure every client signs a Clinical History Form and Treatment Agreement prior to the session to confirm understanding of the procedure, expectations, and contraindications.

Pre-Treatment Requirements

  • Clients must complete and sign all required forms before undergoing any treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline treatment if forms are not completed honestly or if the treatment is deemed unsafe. The booking fee remains non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so before your appointment time. The booking fee will carry over once.

  • Cancellations at any time result in the loss of the booking fee.

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice is considered a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
